1. Who we are

GoPyAI™ Ltd ("GoPyAI", "we", "us") provides Go Compare, a service that helps users compare AI model providers.

2. Data we collect

• Account and contact details you provide (for example, email address).
• Usage data such as prompts, selected providers, run outcomes, and timestamps.
• Billing and transaction metadata processed through Stripe (we do not store full card details).
• Technical and security data such as IP address, browser details, and service logs.

3. How we use data

• To deliver core service features and process your requests.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot incidents.
• To process payments, top-ups, and related financial records.
• To improve service quality, reliability, and performance.

4. Lawful basis (UK GDPR)

We process personal data where needed for contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests (for security and operations), and consent where applicable.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers required to run the platform (for example, hosting providers, model APIs, and Stripe for payments), or where required by law.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for service delivery, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes. We may retain limited logs and financial records for audit and fraud prevention.

My Library (generated compare results). For signed-in users, we keep saved outputs for 30 days after your last compare search (prepare or run). We email you about 7 days before removal if we have your email address. Running another compare search extends retention by another 30 days. Outputs created during an active free trial use a shorter window (about 6 hours) and are not extended in the same way. Anonymous sessions use a shorter per-file window.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, subject to legal limits.
