Payments through Stripe add prepaid balance (USD) to your GoPyAI wallet so you can run Search. You are paying for credit to use the service, not a guaranteed outcome from every third-party model: generations depend on external APIs, your prompts, and normal product limits described elsewhere in these terms.
General rule: except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise, wallet top-ups are not refundable in cash once the payment has completed and the amount has been credited to your wallet. This keeps billing simple and matches how prepaid digital credit is usually sold.
When we will put things right: if something went wrong on our side—for example a duplicate charge, payment succeeded but your wallet did not update, or another clear billing mistake—contact us through the support channel shown in the app and we will correct it in good faith, typically with a card refund and a matching wallet adjustment, or with wallet credit if that is fairer for the situation.
